Tasting Notes
Aroma: Intense aromas of black olive tapenade, cassis, dark cherry, tobacco, praline, cinnamon and dark chocolate with beautifully integrated American oak.
Palate: Powerful and expansive, revealing blackberry, mulberry, dark chocolate, savoury spices and black olive layered over finely structured Cabernet tannins. Rich, concentrated and impeccably balanced.
Finish: Exceptionally long and complex with remarkable depth, polished tannins and outstanding ageing potential.
Food Pairing
A superb partner to premium rib-eye, Wagyu beef, roast lamb, venison, beef Wellington, aged cheddar and hard Italian cheeses.
Serving Temperature
