Archie Rose Distilling Co. is one of Australia's most celebrated craft distilleries, founded in Sydney's Rosebery in 2014 and quickly earning a reputation for producing world-class spirits with a distinctly Australian character. Their Single Malt Whisky is a landmark release — the first single malt to be distilled, matured, and bottled in New South Wales. Made from 100% Australian malted barley and matured in a combination of new and seasoned oak casks, it delivers a beautifully layered whisky: warm vanilla and butterscotch on the nose, with stone fruit, toasted oak, and a gentle spice on the palate, finishing long and smooth.
