Made from 100% Pinot Noir harvested at night to preserve freshness, then cool-fermented and aged on fine lees with regular bâtonnage for added softness and texture. Aromatic nose of strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit and mandarin with light floral notes; the palate is soft and smooth with fresh red fruit, lively tension and a clean, refreshing finish.
