Bunnamagoo Chardonnay

The 2015 Bunnamagoo Chardonnay uses selected parcels of fruit from vineyards in the Central Ranges of NSW.  This popular house style made by Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, continues to embrace a variety of hands-on techniques including 100% barrel fermentation in a mixture of new and older French and Hungarian hogsheads with intermittent stirring and maturation on lees for 10 months.  Exhibiting tropical and white stone fruit flavours with subtle cashew notes, this chardonnay retains its typical supple texture and enticing complexity. It will benefit from careful cellaring for up to 6 - 8 years
