For dry hire (pick-up and return), you can select your preferred glassware and rack quantities and proceed with payment online. Please include your preferred pick-up date and approximate time in the comments so we can have your order ready for collection.

For delivery, please include your event date, event time, approximate number of guests, preferred glassware, and delivery location in the comments. We’ll then review your requirements and email a quote.

GLASS HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

HIRE & PRICING

• Glassware is hired by the full rack. Rack quantities vary by glass type and are shown on each product listing.
• Hire pricing includes professional cleaning after use.
• Glassware cannot be hired by individual glasses.

CARE & RETURNS

• The hirer is responsible for the glassware and hire equipment from collection/delivery until it is returned to Mosman Cellars.

• No washing required - simply return used glasses unwashed in the supplied racks.

• Broken, lost or damaged glassware will be charged as follows:
– Highball Glasses: $8.95 each
– Standard Wine Glasses: $10 each
– Champagne Flutes: $10 each
– Crystal Wine Glasses: $14.99 each
• Lost or damaged tubs: $10 each.
• Lost or damaged rack lids: $40 each.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

• Standard local delivery: $35
• Standard local collection: $35
• Standard rates apply to bookings within approximately 5km of Mosman Cellars and up to 10 racks.
• Larger bookings or locations outside this area will be quoted separately.
• Delivery and collection times are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
• Glassware and hire equipment must be ready and accessible for collection at the agreed time.
• Dry hire: customer pick-up and return with no delivery or collection fee.

BOOKINGS & QUOTES

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once quantities, arrangements and payment have been agreed.
• Changes to quantities or delivery/collection arrangements are subject to availability and may affect the quoted price.
• Indicative quotes may be provided based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed once all booking details have been finalised.
• Larger events may require additional booking arrangements.
