GLASS HIRE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

HIRE & PRICING

• Glassware is hired by the full rack only. Rack quantities vary depending on the glass type and are shown on each product listing.
• Hire pricing includes professional cleaning after use.
• Individual glasses are not available for hire.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A $50 refundable security deposit applies per booking, regardless of the number of racks hired.
• The deposit covers any broken or missing glassware or hire equipment.
• Once all items have been returned and checked, the deposit will be refunded, less any applicable charges for broken, lost or damaged items.

CARE & RETURNS

• The hirer is responsible for all glassware and hire equipment from collection or delivery until it is returned to Mosman Cellars.
• No washing required! Simply return used glasses unwashed in the supplied racks. We'll take care of the cleaning.
• Broken, lost or damaged glassware will be charged at the following replacement rates:
  • Highball Glasses: $8.95 each
  • Standard Wine Glasses: $10 each
  • Champagne Flutes: $10 each
  • Crystal Wine Glasses: $14.99 each
• Lost or damaged tubs: $10 each.
• Lost or damaged rack lids: $40 each.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

• Standard local delivery: $35.
• Standard local collection: $35.
• Standard rates apply to bookings within approximately 5km of Mosman Cellars and for up to 10 racks.
• Larger bookings or locations outside this area will be quoted separately.
• Delivery and collection times are arranged when your booking is confirmed.
• Please ensure all glassware and hire equipment is ready and accessible at the agreed collection time.
• Dry Hire: Customers can collect and return their glassware to our store, with no delivery or collection fees.

BOOKINGS & QUOTES

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once quantities, arrangements and payment have been finalised.
• Changes to quantities or delivery and collection arrangements are subject to availability and may affect the quoted price.
• Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. Final pricing will be confirmed once all booking details are agreed.
• Standard hire is approximately 24 hours. Additional hire time may incur extra charges. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed before the booking is finalised.
• Larger events may require additional booking arrangements.
