Made from Pinot Grigio with around four hours of skin contact before gentle pressing, De Bortoli Rosé Rosé 2025 is a pale, dry and expressive Victorian rosé with real texture and depth. Strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a touch of spice and wild herbal notes on the nose; the palate is supple and textured with juicy peach and red-berry fruit, refreshing acidity and a dry, savoury finish.
