Famille Paquet Mâcon-Villages Nos Cinq Terroirs 2023 750ml

A rich and expressive white Burgundy from Domaine Famille Paquet, the ‘Nos Cinq Terroirs’ 2023 blends Chardonnay from five distinct Mâconnais villages — Prîssé, Davayé, Fuissé, Lugny and Loché — each parcel farmed organically and biodynamically and vinified individually before assemblage. Aged 6–7 months on fine lees in stainless steel to retain freshness and fruit character. Ripe peach, apricot, citrus and white flowers on the nose with honeycomb, butterscotch and subtle crème brûlée; the palate is rich, rounded and creamy with generous ripe-fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity and a delicate saline mineral finish.
