A serious, structured Pinot Noir Rosé from Farr Rising in the Moorabool Valley, Geelong. Made by the saignée method — free-run juice bled from a Pinot Noir fermentation after around 2–3 hours of skin contact — then naturally barrel-fermented, taken through full malolactic fermentation and aged for around 10 months in older four- and five-year-old barrels. The result is a rosé with real depth and Pinot Noir character: wild strawberry, red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, cherry blossom, citrus peel and gentle spice on the nose, with a tropical fruit and rounded nutty character distinctive to the 2025 vintage; the palate is very dry with fine acidity, subtle earthy/savoury notes and a gentle phenolic grip, finishing long, dry and structured. 95 points James Halliday. 95 points Gary Walsh/The Wine Front.
