Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin 700ml

Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is the flagship expression from one of Australia's most celebrated craft distilleries, founded in the Yarra Valley, Victoria in 2013. Distilled in small batches in their custom-built CARL still "Wilma", it is crafted from a unique blend of nine botanicals including whole fresh oranges, Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle, and lavender alongside classic juniper and coriander seed.

The nose is vibrant and aromatic with fresh citrus, juniper, and a distinctive hint of spice and native botanicals. On the palate, expect a beautifully balanced, full-flavoured gin with layers of orange zest, pepper, and floral notes, finishing long, clean, and refreshing.
