Irvine Estate Merlot 2021 750ml

Few producers in Australia have championed Merlot with the conviction of Irvine Estate. From their high-altitude vineyards in Eden Valley — farming at elevations that set them apart from the warm, plush Merlot styles found elsewhere in the country — this 2021 vintage is a compelling argument for cool-climate Merlot done properly. Silky, generous, and layered with dark fruit and cocoa complexity, it carries the natural elegance of the variety without sacrificing depth or presence.
