From one of Marlborough's most respected family estates, Isabel Estate Pinot Gris 2025 sits at the drier, more refined end of the style — aromatic and gently textural, with strong mineral definition and a supple mouthfeel. Nectarine, white pear, red apple, persimmon, white flowers and a touch of clover honey on the nose, with candied citrus and subtle white pepper adding complexity. The palate delivers baked pear, red apple and nectarine with a soft, textural feel and fresh acidity on the finish.
