One of Laroche's flagship Chablis expressions, Saint Martin 2023 is sourced from vineyards on Kimmeridgian limestone soils and fermented in stainless steel with around six months on fine lees — approximately 15% aged in large 55-hL oak foudres for added texture. The 2023 vintage shows a particularly generous fruit profile: citrus, green apple, white peach and pear with delicate white-flower aromas; the palate is bright and precise with lively acidity, a distinctive chalky, flinty mineral character and a clean, lingering finish.
