Noilly Prat Original French Dry Vermouth is the world's most celebrated dry vermouth, crafted in Marseillan on the shores of the Mediterranean since 1813, when herbalist Joseph Noilly created the first formula — the original dry vermouth and the benchmark against which all others are measured. Made from a blend of Picpoul de Pinet and Clairette grapes, it is aged outdoors in oak barrels for up to a year, exposed to the elements, before being blended with 20 herbs and spices from around the world.

Pale straw in colour with a dry, complex nose of chamomile, citrus, and subtle herbs. On the palate, expect a crisp, dry vermouth with notes of green apple, almond, and a delicate herbal bitterness, finishing clean and refreshing. The essential ingredient in a classic Dry Martini.
