Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila 700ml

Olmeca Altos Plata is an award-winning, artisanally crafted blanco tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, created by world-renowned bartenders Dre Masso and Henry Besant in collaboration with Master Distiller Jesús Hernández. Made from 100% fully mature Blue Weber Agave, harvested at 7–8 years, it uses a traditional tahona stone wheel to crush the agave alongside a roller mill, then double-distilled in copper pot stills — a production method that preserves the natural agave character and delivers exceptional quality at an accessible price point.

The nose is fresh and vibrant with aromas of sweet cooked agave, citrus, and a hint of pepper. On the palate, expect a smooth, medium-bodied blanco with flavours of fresh agave, lime zest, and subtle herbal notes, finishing clean, crisp, and pleasantly dry.
