A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from premium South Australian vineyards, the 2021 vintage is a powerful, structured wine with exceptional depth and cellaring potential. Dark fruit, mocha, and cedar on the nose; a full-bodied palate with firm, fine tannins and a long, complex finish.
