A signature expression from Petersons Winery in the Hunter Valley, the Chardonnay Vintage Cuvée is blended across three vintages to deliver a consistent house style centred on ripe, generous fruit with light oak treatment. Pale yellow-gold with lifted aromas of ripe peach and white nectarine alongside cashew, crushed nuts and cookie-dough notes; the palate is rich, ripe and juicy with apricot, tangerine and honeydew melon, hints of cinnamon and brioche, finishing soft, dry and lingering.
