Pikes Riesling 2025 is one of Clare Valley's most consistent and celebrated expressions of the variety — dry, precise and built to age. Crafted by the Pike family from their estate vineyards in the Polish Hill River sub-region, this is a textbook Clare Valley Riesling with the hallmark steely acidity and citrus-driven purity that has made the appellation famous. Pristine lime, lemon and grapefruit with gentle floral notes and a subtle hint of wet slate on the nose; fresh, crisp and dry on the palate with vibrant citrus fruit, lively acidity and a long, clean mineral finish. Delicious now, and will reward cellaring through 2030–2035.
