From Clare Valley winemaker Kerri Thompson comes Rosa by KT, a pale and aromatic rosada that plays by its own rules. Made from 80% Shiraz and 20% Riesling sourced from dry-grown Watervale vineyards on rich red loam over limestone, the grapes are hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed for gentle colour extraction, and wild fermented — a process that keeps the wine fresh, textured and alive. The Shiraz delivers fresh red berries, cherry and rose petal, while the Riesling brings citrus zest, crisp acidity and an irresistible lift to the finish. Light to medium-bodied, juicy and dry, with a subtle savoury thread and a long, refreshing finish — a genuinely fun alternative to a conventional rosé and one of the Clare Valley's most distinctive warm-weather bottles.
