Named after a member of the Ross Hill family, the 'Isabelle' label represents the pinnacle of their Cabernet Sauvignon program — sourced from high-altitude estate vineyards on the slopes of Mount Canobolas, where cool nights and a long growing season produce fruit of exceptional intensity, structure, and finesse.
