Made from night-harvested Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration, ferment at a cool 16°C, and spend time on fine lees with bâtonnage — a process that delivers both aromatic precision and palate texture. The result is a fresh, aromatic wine with vibrant citrus, blackcurrant bud and floral notes, a lively mineral tension on the palate, and a clean, refreshing finish. Light-bodied and effortlessly drinkable.
