Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and individually numbered, each bottle is a true one-of-one expression. Rich caramel, vanilla bean, honeycomb, orange peel and toasted oak on the nose with hints of dried apricot and baking spice; the palate is silky and layered with butterscotch, crème brûlée, ripe stone fruit, roasted almonds and warm vanilla balanced by refined oak; the finish is long, elegant and beautifully integrated with lingering vanilla, gentle spice and toasted oak. Presented in a handcrafted timber presentation box.
