Crafted at Tasmania’s acclaimed Sullivan’s Cove Distillery, the American Oak Second Fill Single Cask Single Malt Whisky is a rare, individually numbered release showcasing the remarkable influence of second-fill American oak. Having previously matured whisky, these casks impart a more restrained oak character, allowing the distillery’s distinctive spirit to shine through with exceptional purity, elegance and complexity. Ripe orchard fruits, honey, vanilla bean, citrus zest and delicate baking spices on the nose; the palate shows creamy malt, toasted oak and beautifully balanced fruit with a long, refined finish. Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.
