Rare, complex and unmistakably Tasmanian, Sullivan’s Cove Rare Double Cask Single Malt Whisky is a limited-release Australian whisky showcasing the distillery’s renowned craftsmanship. Matured in a carefully selected combination of French and American oak casks, each batch is individually numbered and unique. Dried fruits, vanilla, citrus peel, dark chocolate and baking spice on the nose; the palate is rich with toffee, raisins, stone fruit, roasted nuts and oak spice with a silky mouthfeel; the finish is long, complex and beautifully balanced with lingering oak, spice and dried fruit. Non-chill filtered and bottled at natural colour.
