From the cool hills of the Yarra Valley, Warramate Chardonnay 2024 is a bright, refined and elegantly textured expression of one of Victoria’s great cool-climate wine regions. Barrel fermented with restrained French oak, the wine shows lemon verbena, crisp pear, white peach and nectarine on the nose with subtle hints of dried honey and biscuity spice; the palate is soft and generously textured with ripe stone fruit and citrus balanced by fresh acidity and a gentle mineral character, finishing clean with roasted-cashew oak notes in the background.
